I am an Organizational Strategist focused on the intersection of DesignOps, Ethics, and Complexity.

While many see organizations as machines to be fixed, I see them as living systems to be nurtured. My approach combines the rigor of Ethical Philosophy with the pragmatism of High-Scale Operations.

My background is unique:

  • The Operator: I led the Digital Transformation for the Government of Buenos Aires, standardizing services for over 3 million citizens. I know how to optimize cycles in massive, complex environments.
  • The Thinker: With a Master’s in Interactive Design & Ethics, I help teams derisk innovation before code is even written.

I don’t just deliver blueprints; I facilitate the cultural change needed to make them stick. Currently relocating to Ireland to help mission-driven companies scale with integrity.
